Another year has rolled around,
In spite of ev’ry thing.
So let’s make use of one excuse,
To love and laugh and sing.

Let’s have an old fashioned Christmas;
Dress up an old fashioned tree.
Lets make the spirit of Auld Lang Syne,
The same as it used to be.

Hearts will be light as a feather
After some old fashioned cheer.
So lets all be good fellows together;
Let’s have an old fashioned Christmas this year.
